Protein banana bread full recipe, listed below. #levelsprotein  1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (3 large bananas) 1/2 cup sour cream  room temp  2 eggs room temp  1 tbsp olive oil  1 cup melted butter (make sure it’s cooled before adding)  2 tsp vanilla extract  1/2 cup brown sugar  1/2 cup sugar 1 1/3 cups GF 1:1 flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda  1/2 scoop levels protein powder  1 cup chocolate chips plus any extra for the top.  Preheat the oven to 425. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.  In a medium size bowl, combine the dry ingredients:  Flour Baking soda Salt Levels protein powder  In a large bowl, mash the bananas until they are all the way broken down.  Next, add the eggs, olive oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Whisk until completely combined.  In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted and cooled butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar until well combined.  Pour the butter mixture into the wet ingredients and mix together.  Then, add the dry ingredients. Using a rubber spatula, fold this together well until all the way combined. Be careful not to over mix.  Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.  Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and top with any additional chocolate chips and place into the oven.
