How to Make Sea Moss Gel 🌱 This sea moss gel is made with Purple Honduran Sea Moss. 💜 Our human body is composed of 102 minerals and nutrients. Sea moss contains 92 of these minerals including; Iron, magnesium, potassium, iodine, sulfur, calcium, selenium, fiber, copper, phosphorus, zinc, riboflavin and manganese. These minerals supply energy to the body, regulate digestion and detoxify the body. 🌱🧘🏽♀️ I’m officially partnering with Dr.Sebi’s granddaughter, Syemah @Dr. Sebi Granddaughter ⭐️🖤 .✨☺️ Her natural skin care business is called @_bareskincosmetics! (Discount Code: BGR24) She sells the due dried Purple Honduran sea moss along with other amazing natural skin and hair care products like batana! Directions: 1. Throughly clean your dried sea moss with spring water from any dirt or debris. 2. Boil spring water on the stove. Be sure to add as much water as you need to make the gel. 3.Add clean sea moss to the water and boil for 5 minutes (reduce heat when you see it begin to change consistency and gel). 4.Add EVERYTHING to a blender and blend until smooth. 5. Let it cool on the counter before storing in the fridge.👍🏽 ‼️Boiling the sea moss does not kill any nutrients, it just helps activate the polysaccharide in the sea moss. You’re blending the sea moss in the same water you boiled it in so you’re not losing anything. I’ve found that this method, rather than soaking overnight works better for this type of sea moss.👍🏽 Click the link in my bio if you want the link to purchase!
