raisingtweens hashtag performance

#RaisingTweens highlights the journey of parenting pre-teens, emphasizing challenges, growth, communication, social issues, emotional development, relationships, independence, guidance, humor, advice, support, experiences, and community connections in modern upbringing.
Ask me parenting questions and meet other moms of tweens and teens at Chili Pepper Parenting Club! Teenage brains are primed to misread and misinterpret social cues and emotions. They often interpret harmless comments as more aggressive than they were intended. We’ll talk about WHY at Wednesdays’s zoom gathering. When is the last time your adolescent took offense where there was none? #teenmanners #parentingtweens #parentingteens #parentingtweenagers #parentingteenagers #parentingteenagersishard #parentingteenagerspositively #raisingteens #raisingtweens #raisingtweensandteens
I bet he wishes he could have a mammogram. sounds kind of tasty! Need silliness and wisdom on the road to parenting tweens and teenagers? Ask me parenting questions and meet other moms of tweens and teens at tonight’s Chili Pepper Parenting Club! We gather tonight at 6pm PST on Zoom. #teenmanners #parentingtweens #parentingteens #parentingtweenagers #parentingteenagers #parentingteenagersishard #parentingteenagerspositively #raisingteens #raisingtweens #raisingtweensandteens
These 2 things are important for tweens because tweens are entering a completely foreign environment with changes in the building, procedures, expectations, friends, and adults relationships. So, relying on us, as parents, is one of the only constants they have. ⭐️Here is how we can support them: 👉Keep that open conversation going about the upcoming changes 👉Keep calibrating their feelings around the upcoming changes. 👉Be open to facilitating group interactions when they ask (with old and new friends) and reminder that it is normal to have evolving and changing friendships during this time. 👉Attend orientation sessions with her and make sure she has the opportunity to tour campus and know where her locker is before the first day of school. Maybe even grab a school map if it is available to plan out her transitions 👉Contact her teacher together and try to get clear information about expectations fro classes (if you do’t get it at orientation). If help is needed, don’t be afraid to contact the school counselor for help. While many of these things are dependent on school policies, it is worth it to share the research with schools that don’t follow this course of action because it will only help ALL students. By recognizing the importance of these supportive measures, parents and teachers can collaborate to create a smoother and more positive transition experience for our girls (and boys) entering middle school. #ParentingGirls #RaisingStrongGirls #momsoftweensandteens #raisinggirls #raisingdaughters #AdolescentDevelopment #momsoftweengirls #raisingtweens #middleschool #middleschooltips Source: https://research-ebsco-com.alliant.idm.oclc.org/linkprocessor/plink?id=41260dfc-4b02-395e-98b6-534189851c49.
