Sombosa/Samosa 1 small onion chopped up 3/4 lb coarse ground beef 3 potato chopped up small cubes Salt and pepper for taste Seasoning salt 1/4 teaspoon allspice A few strands of cilantro cut up into small pieces SpringRoll wraps 2 tablespoons Water 2 tablespoons flour Corn oil or vegetable for cooking On top of the stove in a small sauce pan cook your onions until it’s nice and soft then add in your beef once it’s cooked then add in your potatoes. Allowed to cook for a few minutes then add and salt, pepper, and cilantro. Mix the flour and water in a bowl. Using spring rolls, fold one end to the other like a triangle, then but adding that flour and water mix to glue it, then take the long corners and fold them over each other. Brush the flour mixture and fill them up like a cone, fold in the two smallest pointy corners on top of the filling mixture, and the longus part of the triangle brush a little bit of the flour mixture on it, and fold it right on top to close it. Once you’re all done heat your oil up to a medium heat once the heat is ready go ahead and start dropping in your sambosa allow them to fry for about a minute to a minute and a half on each side and flip them over when they’re golden brown take them out and enjoy!
