#roast #potroast #Recipe #dinner #food #rbf RECIPE: 2lb chuck roast, 2 leeks (only the white part, 1 cup shredded carrots, salt and pepper to taste, 1 1/2 cups beef broth, 2 tbsp Dijon, 1 lime (juiced), 1 tbsp paprika, Kinders French onion seasoning, 3 tbsp avocado oil Sear roast in instant pot with oil. Salt both sides. Remove roast and add in broth and seasonings. Mix then add in roast followed by veggies. Cook on manual for 60 minutes with a natural release for at least 15 min. It should shred with a fork! Enjoy!!
