Prepare the Chili Sauce 	1.	Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 	2.	Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. 	3.	Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. 	4.	Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned. 	5.	Stir in tomato paste and diced tomatoes (with juices). Mix well. 	6.	Sprinkle in Uncle Dibbz Big Chili Style Seasoning and smoked paprika (if using). Stir for 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors. 	7.	Add beef broth, stir, and bring to a simmer. 	8.	Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chili thickens. Adjust seasoning if needed. 2. Grill the Sausages 	1.	Preheat a stovetop griddle or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. 	2.	Place the sausages on the griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, pressing lightly to get a nice char. 	3.	Remove from the griddle and set aside. 3. Steam the Buns 	1.	Wrap hot dog buns in foil and place them in a warm oven (200°F) for 5-7 minutes. 	2.	Alternatively, use a steaming basket on the stovetop to soften the buns. 4. Assemble the Chili Half-Smokes 	1.	Place a grilled sausage in each steamed bun. 	2.	Top each sausage with chopped white onion. 	3.	Drizzle yellow mustard over the onions. 	4.
