The best bread pudding! RECIPE: 9x13 pan sprayed with pam. Add 1 loaf of Sara Lee artisino bread or a thick bread torn into pieces into pan. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and raisens (optional). Mix. Set aside. In a sauce pan: 1/2 c (1 stick) butter, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 c milk, 1 c sugar. Heat on low until butter is melted. Take off heat. In a seperate bowl you need 6 eggs. Blend them. Add in slowing your above mixture while blending. Once combined pour over bread pieces. Press down until all bread is saturated. Bake at 350 for 50-60 mins. While thats baking make the sauce for the top: in a sauce pan: 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/4 c butter (1/2 stick), 1/2 c milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Heat on low until butter is melted. Pour on after baking. Serve!
