THREE KIDS MEALS ✨ I’ll put all the details below 👇🏼 . CHICKEN PARM CRESCENT ROLLS: Bake 4 frozen, breaded chicken strips at 375 for 10 mins on a baking sheet with foil and set aside. Unroll your crescent dough package and put half of a chicken strip on each one. Top with a little marinara. Next, get four pieces of mozzarella cheese and cut each one into fours. Put two squares of cheese on each prepared crescent rolls and roll up. Add to a baking sheet, top with egg wash and seasoning and bake at 375 for 10-12 mins or until everything is golden. . HAM & CHEESE EMPANADAS: I use prepared pie crust for this & the top of a mason jar to cut out the circles. The circles will be a little thicker than you want so roll them out a little, keeping the circle shape. Put some egg wash around the edges of the circle and add pieces of cheese, ham & more cheese. I usually pull those apart to with my hands to make the little pieces. Fold one side over to meet the other and press down with the back of a fork to seal. Add all to a baking sheet with parchment paper and top with egg wash and sea salt (salt optional). Bake at 400 for around 15 mins - until everything is golden and crispy. Once cooled completely these can be frozen for up to three months. . MINI MEATBALL BITES: What you’ll need: 24 frozen mini meatballs (get the mini size, mine came in a pack of 26). 1 Pillsbury crescent dough sheet OR just use the refrigerated pizza crust - this is what I used. 1 cup pizza sauce 1 cup mozzarella cheese What to do: - Cut the dough into 24 squares and place into greased muffin tin. The squares don’t have to be perfect. The muffin tin I use is in my Amazon Storefront under “kitchen favorites”. - Add 1 teaspoon of sauce to each square. - Add cooked mini meatball to each (cook the meatballs beforehand for a little less time than the package says to). - Top with 1 more teaspoon of pizza sauce - Top each with mozzarella cheese - can add Parmesan too if you want. **BAKE AT 375 for 12-14 MINUTES. .
