Get in bed 60+ minutes before sleep ⏳ – It gives us time to transition from the stress of the day to recovery. 5.	Journal and plan the next day 📝 – Clearing our minds and setting intentions helps us sleep peacefully. 6.	Dim the lights or wear blue light blockers 😎 – This reduces stimulation and preps us for sleep. 7.
