Is this you? Because it is very restrictive at first (it has to be for your safety!) Finding that balance does 𝗻𝗼𝘁 happen overnight This is why I feel so strongly about helping my clients meet their non-negotiables and learn to fuel their bodies properly 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 adding in those fun foods! When you have an overall balanced diet and know how to build balanced meals and snacks it makes it soooo much easier to be able to enjoy 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 of the treats instead of 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴!
