I have yet to see a LICENSED, United States educated provider use a true “Russian lip technique,” and that’s a BLESSING, trust me (listen to the vid to find out why).   If you’ve ever heard me speak or been to one of my presentations then you know that the ONLY time the words Russian Lips should come out of an injectors mouth, is if you just did your patient’s lips and he/she IS OF RUSSIAN DECENT.
