1. You may be offering a "guarantee" on your product or service. Why this hurts you is because you get the tire kickers and the people who really don't apply themselves because they think that they can get their money back. 2. When someone buys from you do you say "thanks for supporting me?" Instead say congratulations let's go and put the focus back on them 3. Are you agreeing with their objection? Never agree, listen to their objection and ask a clarifying question and also finding a point of agreement by "tell me more" and "what makes you say that" ( Clarity first) 4. Never tell someone you can do everything and fix everything for them when you know you can't. If someone is interested in your product or service let them know "I may not be able to help you with everything but what I can do for you is..." 5. Never say let me tell you my story but to ask them about their story, it's all about them. I'm not saying don't tell your story, do it in a little snippets especially if they ask but keep it specific!
