INGREDIENTS in Girl Scout Samoas Sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernel, palm and soybean oil), enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, vitamin B1 [thiamin mononitrate], vitamin B2 [ riboflavin], folic acid), corn syrup, coconut, sweetened condensed milk (milk, sugar), contains 2% percent or less of sorbitol, cocoa, glycerin, invert sugar, cocoa processed with alkali, cornstarch, salt, caramel color, dextrose, natural and artificial flavors, soy lecithin, sorbitan tristearate, leavening (baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), carrageenan. Why not try these 4-INGREDIENT SAMOAS instead? It's girl scout season! These were by far my favorite growing up (with thin mints coming in a close second). They do not disappoint! Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut 1 cup soft dates 2 Tbsp organic @SunButter or almond butter Melted unsweetened chocolate Method: Toast coconut in oven at 350 F for 5 minutes until brown. In a food processor, blend toasted coconut, dates, and sunflower seed butter / almond butter until a sticky batter forms. Form into desired shape, then using a chopstick (or whatever you've got) make a hole in the center of each cookie. Place in freezer while melting chocolate. Dip bottom of each cookie in chocolate and drizzle over the top. Apple Samoas! It’s Girl Scout Cookie Season so we’re making everyone’s favorite Samoas, but easily made and served on an apple! One of my new favorite treats! Ingredients 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut 1/2-1 cup of peanut butter Roughly 1/3-1/2 cup of chocolate chips 2 apples Directions Preheat oven to 350 Spread your coconut evenly onto prepared baking sheet Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes stirring frequently until golden Remove and cook Slice your apples Remove the core of apples to form a ring Spread tops with peanut butter Sprinkle top of peanut butter generously with coconut, pressing down the coconut so it sticks Place your chocolate chips into a small/medium microwaveable bowl Microwave in bursts of 20-30 seconds, stirring in between until creamy Place into piping bag, or use a zip lock and cut small corner out of bottom Drizzle on top of coconut Place into refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to harden the chocolate Serve immediately and enjoy #girlscoutcookies #samoas #healthysnacks #tiktokrecipes #vegan
