I saw an Instagram reel from @youranxietyislying2yew that said, “Over the next couple of days, lots of people will be posting their highlights of 2024... It’s okay if your biggest accomplishment of the year was surviving.” I can’t accurately describe how much that resonated with me on a spiritual level.
