My first Sangria video definitely caused more controversy than I anticipated 😅 so I thought why not do it again but with white sangria 🤭 To be honest though, it is not my intention to disrespect any cultures and I never claimed to be making a traditional sangria. 🍎 culture is what inspires me the most when I’m creating, and one of the most beautiful parts of creation is individual interpretation. 💡 I don’t have sangria batched and ready to go at my bar, but, I will always do my best to provide my guests with what they’re craving. 🤤 The recipes I’ve shared are what I offer a guest when they ask me for sangria on the fly. While it may not be traditional, the elements of a sangria are there. 💯 Over the years, I’ve learned many lessons as a bartender. Number one, ☝️ you never know who is sitting in front of you so treat everyone with the upmost respect. ❤️ Number two, ✌️ don’t ever judge someone for what they drink. People have different moods and you don’t ever know what someone is going through. I’m the type of bartender that will make you what you want if I have the ingredients to do so. I won’t judge you for drinking a blue drink, I won’t judge you for wanting a drink that should be stirred to be shaken, and I don’t have a “least favorite” drink to make. My goal is to create an experience and make a connection with you that you will always remember. 💭This has been the key 🔑 to my success. I’m not a stuffy Bartender and I don’t take myself seriously. I don’t need awards, accolades or compliments. I truly do enjoy being at service and watching my guests take their first sip. I let my work ethic speak for itself. I know I can’t please everyone on social media with what I create, but I appreciate those of you who show me nothing but love. 💕 And DAMN! All of you show me so much love! 😍 So I’ll keep doing what I do best… SHINE ✨
