Replying to @johnbanji1 For today, I'm going to be talking about how a
#NigerianRestaurant in
#WashingtonState can use
#SprintReview and
#Retrospective to reduce the
#rework from some customers asking for extra spices. In a typical walk-in restaurant, the waiter is the
#ProductOwner , while those in the kitchen are the
#Developers . When a customer walks in, there's an estimated time for their order to be ready depending on what's being ordered. We'll take that as the sprint duration. The waiter takes the order while asking certain questions in order to get the acceptance criteria. Those are the requirements that need to be met for the customer to be satisfied. Rework happens when they're not to met, and it takes away time which could have been used to produce more. A sprint review could be as simple as the customer feedback or request after the good had been served. A retrospective is needed to help the restaurant to keep providing satisfactory services to the customers. iWhat else should I talk about?
