Salt, pepper, old bay, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes. Breadcrumbs- add 1 tablespoon of butter to a pan and melt on low. Add in Panko breadcrumbs and mix together. Then drizzle in Calabrian chili oil and mix again. Toast on low until golden brown. Pasta- Add a few tablespoons of olive oil to a pan and heat up. Then add in chopped shallot and garlic and sear for a few minutes. (Open both cans of clams and separate the juice from the clams.) Next add in the juice from the clams, 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes. Let everything simmer for a few minutes. Next to add and diced tomato, the clams, and fresh parsley. Let everything simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes. Then add in 4 tablespoons of butter, the juice of one whole lemon. Season with old bay seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Cook pasta until it’s 90% done, then add into the clam mixture along with 2 cups of pasta, water, to cook the rest of the way. Top with fresh Parm cheese, and the Calabrian chili breadcrumbs.
