People want to help, but they donā€™t know how unless you tell them. I prioritized nutrition over convenience. Listen, I get itā€”grabbing chips and coffee is way easier when youā€™re drowning in spit-up and sleep deprivation. A mistake I made when I was trying to get my life organized as a homemaker šŸ‘‡šŸ» For years, Iā€™d push myself hard toward my goals, only to burn out and spend days recovering.
