With new years around the corner, I know everyone is trying plan out their “new years resolutions…” not my favorite thing… rather I’ve been working with a lot of my clients & asking “what behaviors are you looking to change, what aspects of your life do you feel you’d like to grow, what are your goals physically? Mentally?
