Once you have mastered the roll, add arms to it! Slowly bring your arms up as your body rolls down. 2. Slow and Sexy Walk ππ½ You can never go wrong with a slow and sexy walk! Remember to keep your head held high, start with the right foot π¦Ά and ensure that you walk heel to toe. 3. Single Leg Caress π¦΅πΎ My absolute favorite! π slightly bend your right knee and extend your left leg out straight!
