Replying to @itscharmeeg Buldak Carbonara style ramen with a fraction of the calories, carbs and sodium…but no skimping on flavor! 🍜Low-Carb High-Protein Buldak-Style Carbonara Ramen Ingredients (Serves 1):: * 1 pack shirataki noodles (I used It’s Skinny Pasta) * 3 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced * 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean red pepper paste) * 1 teaspoon coconut aminos (or soy sauce) * 1 teaspoon sesame oil * 1/2 teaspoon allulose or preferred low-carb sweetener * 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder * 1/4 teaspoon onion powder * 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper * 2 tablespoons heavy cream * 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese: * Chopped green onions * Toasted sesame seeds Directions: * Rinse the shirataki noodles thoroughly under cold water * In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, allulose, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until smooth. * In a pan over medium heat, add the noodles and warm for a minute or so. * Add the sauce and sliced grilled chicken. Toss to coat evenly. * Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is creamy and well combined. * Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl. * Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
