Shrimp and Mango Avocado Salsa Burrito Bowls- a quick and delicious way to put a healthy meal on the table. @eatsomos products can be easily found @target  Ingredients:  1 lbs Jumbo shrimp 2 tbs avocado oil  1/2 tsp smoked paprika  1/4 tsp of each (cumin, salt, garlic powder, black pepper) @eatsomos Mexican Street Corn White Rice  @eatsomos Mexican Black Beans  @eatsomos Mexican Chili Crisp, Mango & Pineapple  Cotija cheese, for garnish  Lime wedges, for garnish  Mango and Avocado Salsa  1 mango 1 avocado  1 Fresno chile  1/2 red onion  2 tbs cilantro  1 lime, juiced  1/2 tsp salt  Method:  1. Peel and de-vein shrimp and season with the avocado oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and set it aside;  2. Chop mango, avocado, red onion, Fresno chile and cilantro and season with lime juice and salt;  3. Cook shrimp over medium high heat for 2 minutes, flip and add 2-3 tablespoons of Mexican Chili Crisp and cook for 2 more minutes;  4.
