Skirt Steak Tacos cooked over live fire just hit different!! I’ve been obsessed with my new @FYRSTARTER Grill, so stay tuned for some fun cooks!! Live fire cooking is a blast, and some of my favorite people to watch for live fire recipes are @Al Frugoni and @Derek Wolf , but there are so many I’ve learned from over the years! The marinade and sauce I used here were incredible and this needs to be on your list for taco Tuesday!! Marinade: * 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce * 1/3 cup soy sauce * 1/4 cup red wine vinegar * Juice from 2 limes * Juice from 1 large orange * 4-5 cloves crush garlic Steaks: * outer skirt steak, cut in half - @Meat N' Bone * Flap steak * Also works with flank steak Green sauce: * 1/2 cup cilantro * 1/3 cup parsley * 2-3 cloves garlic * 2 Serrano peppers * Juice from 1-2 limes, looking for about 2 tbsp * 2-3 tbsp olive oil - add more as needed. * Taste for salt and pepper 1. To make the green sauce, just combine everything in a blender and blend until emulsified as seen in the video. Toppings can be whatever you want, but I always recommend Cotija cheese, a pico of some sort, and the best hot sauce in the game @fyrstarter Red!
