PB & J HEART CUPS: Mix two cups of rolled oats with 1/2 cup honey & 1/3 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter). I melt the pb for 30 seconds so it’s easier to mix. This will be your oat base.  Put that into a silicone mold (or a muffin tin with liners) and press down so it’s compact. Add a scoop of jelly to each and spread around. Melt more of whatever nut  butter you used and add a thin layer to the top of each one. I used about another cup of pb for that part. Freeze for at least 30 minutes or until set. I keep these in the freezer.  . . YOGURT BARK: Blend two cups of yogurt with berries of choice. I used a few blackberries, raspberries & strawberries. Pour that onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add granola and more berries then freeze for an hour or until solid. When I break this up I make them bite sized so it doesn’t make a huge mess when eating them. My daughter likes this with her breakfast. Store in airtight container in freezer. . . BAGEL CHIPS: I use two bakery bagels (unsliced) and then I slice the “chips” out of those. Put into a bowl with two tablespoons of oil & some seasoning. I just use a little garlic/onion powder and a tiny bit of sea salt. Mix that up and then put into (preheated) air fryer at 380. Cook until golden & crispy. This takes about 8 mins (stopping and shaking the air fryer basket halfway through). My kids like to take these in their lunchbox and dip in cream cheese but they’re good with hummus too! Let me know if you try them 🤎🐻 1 cup whole wheat Flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 tbs sugar 1/4 cup softened salted butter 2 tbs honey 2 tbs milk 1/2 tsp vanilla Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F 2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and form a dough. (Be sure dough is thoroughly combined. If it's still crumbly, add ½ tablespoon milk until it comes together.) 3. Roll out and flatten dough ¼-inch thick 4. Cut out with a cookie cutter. Transfer to the prepared baling sheet. Use a fork to poke holes in each. 5. Bake for 12 minutes and keep baking a bit longer until edges start turning slightly golden.
