The most important thing is DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT any concerns you may have & allow QC to review. If you call for assistance before leaving the location, you could avoid a return visit. A general rule of thumb is it should take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to complete an on site visit. Allow yourself time & grace if you're new.
