My Four Favorite Glute Exercises 🍑💪 These are my go-to moves when I want to feel the burn and get a solid lower-body workout without leaving the house. Simple setup, and the will be plummmp… 😋🍑  Train with me on my app- Join us 🔗 🩷Hip Thrusts on the Sofa – I use a pillow under my back for extra support and to keep my spine aligned. The key is driving through your heels and squeezing at the top. No half reps.  🩷Kneeling Hip Thrusts – This one looks easy but hits HARD. Push your hips back, then drive them forward like you’re locking in that last rep. 🩷Standing Kickbacks – Slow and controlled. This isn’t a race, activate your glutes with every rep. Focus on the mind-muscle connection here. 🩷 RDLs with Dumbbells – The ultimate glute + hamstring combo. Hinge at the hips, keep a slight bend in your knees, and stretch until you feel that pull. Then power back up by squeezing the glutes.
