Day 7: A Day in My Life Another snow day for us, but at least the sun was shining! ❄️☀️ Last night, I set up my water so I’d be ready to go. This morning, I had my first water bottle waiting for me on my nightstand because, as they say, hydrate before you caffeinate! 💧😉 After finishing that, I mixed up Lime ketones with Lemon electrolytes for the ultimate hydration and energy boost—a combo that keeps me focused, in a good mood, and on top of my appetite! 🧡✨ I also started my day with my SEED supplement (gut health is life!) and stuck with my plan to fuel my body all day long. 🍽 For lunch, I used some leftover chicken, heated up kidney beans and peas, and mixed it all together. It’s not about loving every meal right now—it’s about fueling my body! This combo delivered a serious nutrient boost: protein from the chicken to support muscle repair, fiber and antioxidants from the kidney beans for gut health, and peas for added vitamins to keep me energized. Bonus? It wasn’t bad at all—I’d totally have this again! 🙌 💧 Throughout the afternoon, I focused on staying hydrated with more water. At 3:00, I had my Papaya Paradise ketones for a little pick-me-up. 🧡 🥗 Dinner was THE BEST SALAD—blueberries, chicken, and pecans. So good, and the perfect way to end the day. 💙 ✨ This week has been all about consistency, and I’m so proud to have made it through a full seven days!
