Want to know the biggest mistake lawyers make when building their personal brand? It's trying to do everything at once. I've been getting so many DMs lately asking about what really goes on behind the scenes of content creation and personal branding as a lawyer. One question keeps coming up: "How did I even get started?" In this post, I want to share the first crucial step that made all the difference in my journey. And that's starting simple and setting reasonable goals! 🙌🏽 When I began, I made the intentional decision to master one platform, which was TikTok. Instead of spreading myself thin trying to be everywhere at once, I dedicated my time to understanding what truly resonated with my audience on TikTok. I studied the content, analyzed what worked, and most importantly, showed up consistently. Here's what I learned... The pressure to post daily on multiple platforms can lead to burnout and inconsistency. Instead, focus on creating meaningful content that aligns with your values and schedule. Whether that's twice a week or three times a week - what matters is that it's sustainable for you. If you really want to post on multiple platforms, start out with repurposing your content rather than creating different content for each platform. Your journey to building a personal brand doesn't have to look like anyone else's. Start where you are, with what you have, and build from there! Should I turn this into a series breaking down everything from content planning to how I set content goals, strategize, and balance it all? Let me know in the comments below! _________
