First and foremost and I’m more than okay I promise 🖤 I just wanted to make this post to show my vulnerability and let others know (especially fellow veterans and other males) that it’s okay to have emotions and actually let yourself finally feel the full force of it all and pour it out to the world. I’ve experienced anything and everything you can imagine throughout life from homelessness to abandonment, death, divorce, guilt, hate, SA, illness, injurys, injustice, severe depression, PTSD and so much more beyond that and somehow have still made it to today, years later. None of the journey was pleasant or wished for but I did what I could to KEEP GOING. Some of you may be feeling like some of these clips throughout my life and I just wanted to share this to let you know that you’re not alone. The world may seem cold and dark but if you give it another chance I promise you’ll find that all of that is only temporary. I only ask that if you are feeling depressed please reach out to someone, anyone or even me. I’d rather sit an listen to you vent your entire heart out instead of never being able to hear that voice again.. if you know me well, mental health is something I still battle with today. It’s a never ending battle believe me but it doesn’t mean it has to be fought alone not matter who you are or what it is. Love you guys and take care 🖤🤙 #
