I only had two meals today, but they were definitely on the bigger side. I knew I would be making pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce and chicken cutlets for dinner, I did not want to overdue it on calories. I am really pleased with how easy it has been to get back on my fasting schedule. This time around I don’t even notice I’m on it and I definitely have not felt overly hungry and haven’t had those binge feelings, which is very nice. Usually I’ll end up snacking on everything in the cabinet, but I think starting my day off with the scrambled eggs has been a huge help!
