Job titles mean nothing without the hard work behind them. They might look good on paper or in a video, but they don’t tell the full story. What matters is the dedication, the grit, and the determination it takes to get to where you are. I’ve had countless mornings and nights where I cried my eyes out in my car, falling apart, only to pull myself together and walk into work like everything was fine. This journey has been anything but easy—it’s been hard as hell. But I’m proud of myself for not giving up. If I lost this job tomorrow and had to go back to serving, I know I’d still be okay. Because it’s not about if I’ll put in the work again—it’s about when. I know my work ethic, and I know what I’m capable of. I’ve scrubbed floors, cleaned toilets, answered phones, and handled orientation after orientation. I’ve checked in with over 124 employees, listened to their feedback, and done my best to support them. I’ve also managed an investment of over $220,000. None of that came from fitting in or playing it safe. It came from blocking out the noise, staying true to myself, and doing the work. That’s what wins in the end—being willing to go all in, no matter how hard it gets. So, if you’re in the thick of it right now, keep going. Hard work pays off—not just in the results but in who you become along the way.
