The scariest place to be is the same place as last year.  ✨️You have to grow✨️ New year. New habits. Same formula. Relentless consistency applied in the areas it matters most. Little things that I’ve been doing that have helped me lose weight (outside of exercising ):  1.I always keep a case of water by my bed so it’s the first thing I see and reach for in the morning .  2. I don’t drink any type of sugar . I DO NOT drink my calories .  3. I eat things with minimal amounts of added sugar . Basically my diet is made up of 99.9% Whole Foods with an occasional treat here in there because treating yourself goes a long way.  4. I stretch + meditate right after I wake up every morning and right before I go to bed . Doing so not only makes my body feel better , but it helps me focus and be mindful.  5. I don’t beat myself up when I have a “bad day” Going over my caloric intake once or twice will not destroy all the hard work I’ve put in . IT WONT AND IT DOESNT . Be kind to yourself .  6.
