My body started to feel physically ill & extremely fatigued after 40 salutations & I wanted to quit so bad. Then we all started to chant together in the class & I just felt this huge urge to fully surrender & I started to go so emotional. I started to cry because of how proud I was of myself. I kept telling myself, “I can do hard things” over & over again. It was so incredible to be able to get to this meditative state of just flow. By the time I got to the 80 mark, my body was just flowing through it. I didn’t feel tired or ill anymore. & I feel like it reminded me of my strength & resilience. Last Friday marked 6 weeks of yoga everyday Some days were long technical classes, others I met myself on the mat and allowed my body to tell me how it wanted to flow.
