#FatsChickenAndWaffles - I’ve been wanting to try Fat’s Chicken and Waffles for a minute, especially after featuring it on #Back2Besa. Since I wasn’t at that shoot, I had to check it out for myself and see what all the hype was about! The owner, Erica White, and I first met in 2023 when we were both featured on the #JonesSoda Black History Month bottle set. So, before I even placed my order, I made sure to sign my bottle, priorities, okay? 😂 Now, let’s talk about this honey butter #chickenbiscuitsandwich with sausage gravy and an egg… MY FRIEND! I took it home, added a little hot sauce, and BAE BAE, I finally understood the hype. The buttery, slightly sweet biscuit, the crispy, hot chicken, and the size?! I needed a strategy just to eat it. Since then, I’ve also tried the shrimp and grits, fries, fried chicken, cat fish sandwich (but I ate those two, too fast for pics—don’t judge me 😅) all of them are FIRE.
