Full detailed recipes can always be found on my blog (linked in bio) ❤️ https://cookingkatielady.com Sourdough Hawaiian Rolls 🍍🌸🍍 Say hello to the best rolls of your life y’all 😍 Add these to your Thanksgiving dinner table ands everyone will thank you! 🗒️I measure in grams for accuracy and best results with sourdough, but I did include approximate cup measurements as well on my blog! 👉If you are new to sourdough, you can purchase my personal well established sourdough starter on Etsy & start your sourdough journey ❤️🤗 👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS: 245g (1 cup) fresh pineapple juice 100g (1/2 cup) active sourdough starter 50g (1/4 cup) unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice 28g (2 tbsp) grass-fed butter 530g (3 2/3 cup) organic ap flour 10g (1 tsp) fine sea salt 36g (3 tbsp) monk fruit or sweetener of choice. Coconut sugar is also great. 👩🏻🍳INSTRUCTIONS: ‼️ Full detailed recipe is at https://cookingkatielady.com In a standup mixer, whisk the pineapple juice, milk, butter, & starter. Add the flour, salt, and sweetener. Using the dough hook attachment mix on speed 1 until fully incorporated and smooth. Rest, covered, for 1 hour. Knead the dough on speed 1 of your stand mixer for 8 minutes. Cover, and allow to rest for 3 to 4 hours, or until the dough has risen by 50%. Pour the dough out onto a clean surface. Divide into 12 equal size pieces. Shape into rolls and place in a 9 x 13“ dish. Allow the rolls to rise for an additional 3 to 4 hours. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Brush the rolls with your egg wash.
