The BIG GAME is this weekend. Let's make some white chicken chili with @PremioFoods sweet Italian chicken sausage. Ingredients • 1 lb Premio Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage • 2- 15.5 oz Cans Great Northern Beans • 1 cup Onion, Diced • 2- 4 oz.cans Green Chilies • 2 tbsp Garlic, Minced • 1 tsp Cumin • 1 tsp Italian Seasonings • ¼ tsp Salt • ¼ tsp Black Pepper • 4 cups Chicken Broth • 1 cup Sour Cream • ½ cup Half and Half • 3 tbsp Corn Starch • 3 tbsp Cold Water In a frying pan heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage and break it with a wooden spoon. Cook until sausage is browned and crumbly about 10 minutes. Add sausage, beans, onions, chilies, garlic, seasonings and chicken broth to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours. When there's 15 minutes remaining stir in sour cream and half and half. Looking for a thicker chili add in a slurry of 3 tbsp of corn starch and 3 tbsp of cool water.
