Salmon Tacos 🌮🥑🌿 RECIPE BELOW 📝⬇️ INGREDIENTS: •small flour tortillas •salmon •avocado, for serving •1 tsp olive oil •chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, oregano, salt and pepper Slaw: •red cabbed, thinly sliced •1/2 jalapeno, diced •1/4 cup cilantro, chopped •1-2 likes, juiced •salt, to taste Salsa: •2 tomatillos •1/2 jalapeno •1 lime •1/4 red onion •salt and cumin DIRECTIONS: •Preheat oven to 400 degrees. •Drizzle olive oil over salmon and add seasonings. Bake salmon for 10-12 minutes. •Char your tomatillos, red onion, and jalapeno in the oven, gas or grill pan. Add to blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until serving. •In a large bowl combine slaw ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. •Warm tortillas. •Add salsa, salmon, and slaw. Add toppings of choice like avocado.
