Part two of canuary and we're making tea. I love finding new ways to use up my cranberries during cranberry season and this tea is so refreshing. You can make it with regular tea or I used blueberry tea made with dehydrated blueberries. 1. Prepare your jars, lids, and rings. 2. Wash your fruit. I used a combination of cranberries and blueberries but you can use just cranberries. 3. Load each quart jar with 1 cup fruit, 1/4 sugar, and fill to one inch head space with tea. *I like a little cinnamon in mine but you can omit. 4. Wipe rims, place on lids, and tighten rings to finger tip tight. 5. Water bath for 20 minutes. 6. Remove from water bath and let cool. 7. After 24 hours remove rings and check you seal. 8. Store for 2 weeks before consuming. The longer it sits, the stronger the fruit flavor🤤 In the summer you can do this with peaches and it's a real winner.
