So MY OPINION, reticulated pythons aren't really "hard" to care for at all. But because of their intelligence and obviously because of their large size they aren't for everyone. Amazing snakes, and to me, mine is my favorite snake in my collection however these snakes are for the big boys and big gals in the reptile hobby. So do your research extensively if you'd like one. I don't post her much, but I have countless pictures and videos of my 1 year old daughter interacting with my collection. Since she was pretty much born, she's watched me tend to, handle and interact with them all. After countless times of me telling her "no don't touch that", she is allowed to handle the ball python by herself. She's very delicate and gentle with touching and grabbing any of the snakes, which surprised me initially. But I guess she's watched me closer than I realized. Animals she sees for the 1st time, she looks to me for approval before she reaches to touch. It's a wonderful feeling seeing her run in the house and always running straight to an enclosure or tank and pointing with excitement. I can go on and on, but I won't. Enjoy the video.
