WE MISSED YOU!!! 🫶🏽 A cozy winter indeed ❄️🤍. - 🥘 Chicken & Wild Rice: ▪️2 lbs chicken thighs ▪️1 cup carrots, diced ▪️1 cup celery, diced ▪️1 cup onions, diced ▪️1 cup mushrooms ▪️1 cup wild rice, uncooked ▪️6 cups chicken broth ▪️1 can coconut milk ▪️2 tbsp minced garlic ▪️1 tbsp turmeric ▪️Salt to taste ▪️2 rosemary stems, diced ▪️2 sage stems, diced ▪️2 thyme stems, diced ▪️2 tbsp avocado oil 👉🏽Sauté the onions, garlic, celery, and carrots until soft. Add mushrooms, sautéing for a couple more minutes. 👉🏽Season with salt and turmeric. 👉🏽Add wild rice, chicken broth, herbs, and chicken. 👉🏽slow cook on high for 4-6 hours.
