Quick, flavorful, and packed with veggies, this Soyaki shaved steak with bell peppers and onions is a weeknight winner! The tender steak, crispy bell peppers, and sweet onions pair perfectly with the Trader Joe’s Soyaki sauce. Serve with some fluffy jasmine rice, and you’ve got a flavorful dinner in under 30 minutes! Ingredients: 1 lb Shaved steak Tri-color bell peppers Sweet onion Soyaki sauce Jasmine rice Grab a copy of my Trader Joe’s cookbooks for more delicious recipes! Instructions: Slice 1/2 of a sweet onion and all 3 bell peppers into big chunks. Drizzle about 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil into a large pan, and add the shaved steak in an even layer. Cook the shaved steak for 2-3 minutes per side (no seasonings needed), remove from the pan, and set aside. Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan, and add in the veggies. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add the steak back in, along with 1/2 cup of the Soyaki sauce. Stir well to combine, and cook for 1-2 minutes longer. This chicken meatball and orzo dish is soon to be your new favorite meal! It only takes 20 minutes, and it makes enough for the whole family (or delicious leftovers for yourself later on)! Serves 3-4 Ingredients:  Chicken meatballs 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 2 1/4 cups broth 1 1/2 cups orzo (dry) 1/2 cup heavy cream Instructions: In a pan, spray cooking spray and add the chicken meatballs. Cook until browned on all sides (about 8 minutes), then remove them from the pan. Add in 2 tablespoons of butter, along with the dry orzo, and toast the orzo for 2 minutes. Add in the broth, heavy cream, and grated parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Add the chicken meatballs back in, cover, and heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid, and let it rest for a few minutes until the liquid thickens. This avocado salmon toast is light, but filling at the same time. It makes the perfect 10-minute lunch or dinner! Ingredients: 3-4 handfuls Arugula 1 Lemon 1 Avocado Tinned salmon Sourdough bread Instructions: In a bowl, toss the arugula with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, and salt and pepper to season. Spread butter on both sides of two slices of sourdough toast, and toast on a skillet. Mash the avocado, spread half of it on each slice of toast, and top with sea salt. Open the tin of ready-to-eat salmon, drain, and divide between the two slices. Squeeze some lemon over the salmon. Serves 2 Ingredients: 1 bag of kung pao chicken 1 packet of squiggly noodles (it comes with four individually wrapped packets) Instructions: In a large pan, cook the kung pao chicken according to the package directions. In a separate pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil and cook the squiggly noodles for 4 minutes. Drain the noodles, and add them to the pan with the cooked kung pao chicken. Ditch the soy sauce packet that the squiggly noodles come with, and stir to combine the kung pao chicken and veggies, the squiggly noodles, and the sauce that comes with the kung pao chicken.
