But here’s something I’ve learned after years of reflection: the women you see who appear confident, beautiful, or perfectly composed are often the ones quietly fighting battles you cannot see. I used to think my worth depended on validation from others, but over time, I’ve learned that true self-worth doesn’t come from compliments or external approval. It comes from within. So, here’s my advice: don’t assume that a tall, slim, or striking woman has it all figured out. Don’t mistake her appearance for self-assurance.
