If they had just exchanged the car in the first place, this never would’ve happened and it literally had the check engine light on… The best part is when I called to talk to customer service about this whole experience, the lady asked me how many days I had the car before it died and then offered me a refund for the one day I had it out of my several day rental. So if I had had it for three days before it died and still had the same debacle, then I would get three days refunded? How does that make sense?
