Sticking to fitness goals used to feel like trying to climb a mountain with no map. I’d start strong, miss a day, and then spiral into “Why even bother?” I thought everything had to be perfect for me to succeed but I was so wrong. Here’s what actually worked for me: 1)Small wins over big leaps. My first goal wasn’t running marathons … it was just walking 10 minutes a day. Those tiny steps added up and gave me momentum. 2)Motivation won’t save you girl discipline will. I had to stop waiting to “feel like it” and just start. That 5-minute workout I didn’t want to do? It turned into an hour some days, and other times, it didn’t,but I showed up. 3)Know your WHY. For me, it was about freedom. Freedom to move without pain, wear what I want, and finally feel good in my skin. Your WHY is what gets you through when nothing else does. 3)Plan for life’s chaos. Life happens .. and you know it. Busy days, cravings, setbacks. I stopped being hard on myself and started planning ahead. That meant prepping meals, keeping snacks I love (but won’t overeat), and having a go-to “quick win” workout. 5)Celebrate every win. I used to wait for big milestones, but now I celebrate everything. Drank enough water? Win. Chose fruit over chips? Win. That positivity kept me going even when progress felt slow. This journey taught me that it’s not at all about being perfect it’s about showing up for yourself, over and over, no matter what. If you’re on the fence about starting (or starting again), just remember: I was where you are now, and look how far I’ve come. You can do this. 💕 ✨ dms are always open for questions ✨ Start Weight: 240lbs Current Weight: 125 lbs Both my step-by-step fat loss plan (-100 lbs) and muscle gains plan (+30 lbs) are linked in bio 🎀
