Wednesday October 2nd I set my alarm for 5am & on Thursday October 3rd I was up & just did it! I haven’t given myself excuses. I worked out on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas. I took a day off to rest my body when I was sick and then I got right back to it. I got my protein, fruit, veggies & water in to fuel my body.
