Using AI for Bible study? Tick tock, time goes by, and creators keep creating. In our 12-hour span, this demonstrates the speed at which you can create things with AI. This is an AI-powered web application I built with Next.js. I used Cursor to achieve rapid development. So what does it do? You know how the Bible has all the red words that are the words of Jesus? You can put that into a database or build a prompt that references it. When you ask a question, it responds in that way. Let me show you how it works. For example, you might say: 'I'm feeling anxious about 2025 and the direction we're going. We're up and down, there have been a lot of natural disasters, I'm worried about government overreach in our society. I'm just really feeling concerned.' You input that and hit 'Seek Guidance.' It then queries the large language model based on your input. It provides scripture, which you can copy, along with context. For instance, from the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus addresses the human tendency to worry excessively about material needs and the uncertain future. He reminds his followers to have faith in God's provision and prioritize spiritual pursuits over earthly anxieties. The application then provides practical application steps. There's also a prayer wall where you can contribute. For example, you could express gratitude by saying, 'I'm really thankful for community and what it means.' Once you submit, it goes to the prayer wall where others can like it. It shows that you contributed to the prayer and displays related scripture. This was built by me, BZ Hoff.
