Almost every tourist we get visits here during their trip 😮 Growing up in Chattanooga, I visited a few times as a kid but my husband had never been until last January! We only had 1 other person on our tour when we went. Ruby Falls gets a lotttt of mixed opinions, but he enjoyed it! … the great debate people have is if the waterfall is naturally occurring. It does close for flooding sometimes due to heavy rain. However, their website says they do recycle the water in the cave during drier times to keep the waterfall flowing. Take that as you want 👀 ⌛️THE HISTORY: Ruby Falls was accidentally discovered by Leo Lambert in 1928.
