NEW Uyghur Restaurant! This is the first of its kind in Washington State, located at Wild Cumin inside the Great Wall Mall in Kent, WA. They specialize in Xinjiang cuisine, a unique style of Chinese Muslim cooking from the Northwestern region of China, created by the Uyghur people. Everything on the menu is Halal and absolutely amazing, featuring mouthwatering dishes like Xinjiang naan stuffed with lamb leg meat. 🤤 I especially love their Big Plate Chicken with handmade pulled noodles, it’s big enough to share with 3–4 people! The fried beef noodle soup warmed me up on a cold day, and I couldn’t get enough of their chewy noodles and light, flavorful broth. You also can’t go wrong with their rack of lamb, which was juicy and moist, or their lamb skewers which is their best seller! This is my second time trying Uyghur cuisine, and I’ve always had a soft spot for the food, the people, and the culture. Come and support this amazing business today in Kent, WA! If you mention “Seattle Foodie,” you’ll get 10% off your entire bill starting now through June 30th, 2025. Have you been here before?! TAG all your family and friends and drag them with you to Wild Cumin. 📍 Wild Cumin at 18230 E Valley Hwy, Kent, WA 98032
