One year ago, Esteban and Arturo were rescued from an illegal slaughterhouse thanks to our rescue partners @Humane Long Island These two gentle giants were given a second chance at life, and they’ve since blossomed into the biggest lovebugs, fitting right into our sanctuary herd. This is a sweet reminder why we do what we do every day 🙏 Today, on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we wanna reflect on his powerful legacy of compassion, justice, and fighting for the rights of all beings.
