@Vestiaire Collective did me so dirty drawing pen mark all over my Givenchy boots! They need to make this right I’m so upset. I had brand new Givenchy Shark Lock Boots I sold & I took photos/videos before shipping to their warehouse (as I always do with high ticket items) to protect myself in case they say there is nothing in the box or to confirm condition. All the sudden they get them and there’s perfect lines of pen mark!!! They won’t send me the footage of what happened in their warehouse even though 10x they promised they would. They won’t take responsibility for damaging my shoes even though I sent them all the proof that they say doesn’t count (I don’t know how a 6 minute long video & 12 photos doesn’t count)! They won’t pay me out & they sent me back my boots completely damaged. I’m really upset & the customer service is terrible 😤 #vestiairecollective #reseller #givenchy #boots #scam #scammer #fyp
